Pear and Walnut Salad with Christmas Ale Honey Vinaigrette


- 12 oz. mixed greens (like spinach and arugula)
- ½ C toasted or candied walnuts
- ½ C dried cranberries
- 2 D’Anjou pears, sliced thin
- 2-4 oz. mild chevre

- 3 oz. Great Lakes Brewing Company Christmas Ale
- 1 oz. local honey
- 1 oz. apple cider vinegar


Combine salad ingredients together in a large serving bowl. In a separate bowl, blend vinaigrette ingredients. Toss desired amount of vinaigrette with the salad, or serve with dressing on the side.
