- 1 boneless, fully cooked ham (7-8 pounds)
- 1 12 oz. bottle Great Lakes Brewing Company Christmas Ale
- 1 C packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp local honey
Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Score the surface of the ham, making ½ inch deep criss-cross cuts. Pour all but 2 Tbsp of the Christmas Ale over the ham. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for one hour. While the ham cooks, combine the reserved beer with the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk together until blended, then spread the glaze over the ham. Bake an additional 40 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 140 degrees, basting two times.
