Enjoy a five-course Brewmaster's Dinner in our Beer Garden, featuring an entirely vegan menu! Carefully crafted by our chefs, this special menu is paired with seasonal and year-round beers expertly selected by our brewers to complement each course. Experience the full spectrum of classic beer and food pairing flavors with an entirely plant-based menu, featuring numerous freshly harvested ingredients from our local farm partners.
Each $85 ticket includes your five-course dinner paired with 5 oz. pours of each beer. Menu below:

Course 1 - Fall Fusion Salad
Cabbage, grilled pears, sunchokes, toasted sesame seeds, carrot, ginger-maple dressing

Course 2 - Curried Butternut Squash Soup

In case of inclement weather, the dinner will be held at the Great Lakes Brewing Co. Tasting Room.
We are proud to use fresh, local produce, and our menu reflects this seasonal availability. Unfortunately, menu items at Brewmaster’s Dinner cannot be substituted.
Guests without a valid ID at check-in will not receive beer samples, but guests under 21 are welcome to attend Brewmaster’s Dinner.
Payment is non-refundable, and event date is non-transferable.
GLBC gift cards cannot be redeemed for Brewmaster’s Dinner or other events.
