Feeling a little chilly? Warm up with four unique ramen and beer pairings at a special Hop College class featuring our friends at Mason's Creamery. Learn the history and different preparation methods of this legendary soup from Mason's co-owner Jesse Mason while tasting specially made Mason's concoctions alongside GLBC beers perfectly paired by Great Lakes Brewing Co.'s very own Advanced Cicerone® Michael Williams. Don't worry about slurping, it's ramen (and craft beer)! 

Each ticket includes:

- Four 5 oz. beers, paired with four different samples of Mason's ramen, served Tsukemen-style (dipping noodles in broth):
- Midwest IPA with a special Midwest-inspired broth
- Chicken Shio with Cran Orange Wheat 
- Pork Tonkotsu with Conway’s Irish Ale
- Mushroom Tonkotsu with Chillwave Imperial IPA
- One GLBC Campfire Mug to take home
- Mason's gift card - swing by the shop, take some ramen home, and enjoy in your mug!
