Hop College: Baseball & Beer

Dig into the history of Cleveland baseball and brewing with Cleveland Guardians Team Historian Jeremy Feador and Great Lakes Brewing Co. experts, and enjoy stadium-inspired snack and beer pairings.

Cleveland baseball and Cleveland beer. A historic pairing over a century in the making. Since the turn of the 20th century, Cleveland has been known for the high quality of both its pints and players. From the World Series rings of 1920 and 1948, to the epic run in the mid-90's, to today's exciting young roster, a fresh brew has always gone hand-in-hand with good times at the ballpark.

Explore the rich history of Clevelanders' favorite pastimes at Hop College: Baseball & Beer! Cleveland Guardians Team Historian Jeremy Feador will dive deep into the eras of our beloved hometown franchise, and GLBC beer educator Michael Williams will pair a beer that reflects the spirit of each of these Cleveland baseball eras. Plus, you just might get to see some special items pulled from the Guardians' archives!

Those who enroll in Hop College: Baseball & Beer will receive a special GLBC baseball pint glass, not available anywhere else! Classic ballpark snacks crafted in conjunction with local partners will be served.

Join us at the corner of Market Avenue and W. 26th Street for Hop College: Baseball & Beer!
