You'll learn everything you've wanted to know about the art of cheese making, while tasting four Ohio-made cheeses alongside GLBC beers perfectly paired by Great Lakes Brewing Co.'s very own Advanced Cicerone® Michael Williams.
Each ticket includes:
- Four 5 oz. beers, paired with four different Ohio-made cheese samples, including:
- Midwest IPA paired with Urban Stead Cheese Street Ched (Cincinnati, OH)
- Dortmunder Gold Lager paired with Mayfield Road Creamery Havarti (Orwell, OH)
- Edmund Fitzgerald Porter paired with Old Forge Dairy Farmhouse Blue (Kent, OH)
- Christmas Ale paired with Mackenzie Creamery Honey Chevre (Hiram, OH)
