If patience is a virtue, then our brewpub brewer may be one of the most virtuous people we know! Sour Brown Ale is what happens when you throw tart cherries into whiskey barrels filled with Buzzcut Nut Brown Ale and let it age for three years without any interference. With notes of chocolate, cherry, and a slightly tart finish, we can happily say that this funky brew was worth the wait.
