Ready to werk on a Sunday? Join us at the GLBC brewpub on Sunday, July 31 for Drag Brunch! We're serving up more than looks with fabulous food, beer, and craft cocktail specials available all day. Featuring performances from Malibu Peruu (Miss Ohio All Star 2022), Alejandra J-Love, Sassy Sascha, Bigtop, and Cleveland Premier Entertainment! Admission is free, but reservations are required. Book yours here.
Students who enroll in Hop College: Beer 101 will head to the “classroom” where GLBC Beer Educators crack open the story of beer – where it came from, how it’s made, and the best way to taste it. Our Beer Educators will help you tap into a deeper understanding of craft beer the GLBC way, by taking a look at our brewery, history, and philosophy.
Hop College classes at the brewery include a five ounce sample of five (5) beers, a tour of the brewery, a Hop College notebook, and a Hop College Exclusive Pint Glass to take home! Class will last approximately two hours.
The taps are on, the beer is pouring, and class is back in session! Learn all about craft beer the Great Lakes way as Cicerone® certified staff crack open the story of beer – where it came from, how it’s made, and the best way to taste it (and what to taste it with!) Students who complete Hop College Classes will leave with a special Hop College branded glass specific to each class. Guests must be 21 or older with a valid ID to attend.
We offer private brewery tours Monday through Thursday to better accommodate groups that wish to have their own personal tour guide or varying schedules. Our brewery tour will lead you through more than just our production facility. Guests also journey through GLBC and Cleveland history and, of course, take each step with a beer in hand. Beginning in our Beer Symposium, guests grab their first brew before venturing across the street to the production brewery for more beer samples and a fun, in-depth exploration of the brewing process. Tours last approximately one hour.
